Hello everyone for the final time…

M&Co Nantwich is now closed.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has shopped with us over the years you truly have made the job worth it.

Thanks to those who have wished us well over the past few weeks it has been very much appreciated.

Well this is it… our last trading day!

It has been a difficult few months but we want to thank you for all your kind words over the past few months and more recently as we entered the final week.

We have enjoyed being on your high street and being centre if the town square. We are all sad to say goodbye.

Hi everyone,

We have an update for you all.

M&Co Nantwich will close its doors for the final time on the 11th April.

We have just over a week left to trade to you all so please do pop in and grab yourself one last bargain!

We would like to thank you for your continued support during this period of uncertainty since December the 9th. Thank you to those who have wished us well and shown us genuine concern.

Unfortunately we haven't received the news we would have hoped for during our administration period, and would like to share this news with you-

As we haven't received any funded, deliverable offers that would result in the transfer of the Company's stores or staff to a potential buyer- this means that all of our stores will close. The M&Co 'Brand' has been purchased, but unfortunately this does not include a future for our stores or staff. The majority of stores are expected to continue trading into April. We will update you closer to the time, of our actual closing date.

Please have a read of our policies below, which continue in store, and note our updated rules to our gift cards, if you have one.

We hope you will appreciate this is also a very difficult time for staff working in the stores and we ask for respect and understanding when raising an issue. We thank you all for your continuous support, and we hope to see you all over the next couple of months.

Purchases made in store can be exchanged for items to the same value, with proof of purchase, within 14 days (statutory rights apply).
*LOYALTY CARDS
Unfortunately, Loyalty cards and vouchers will not be accepted during the administration. The Loyalty scheme is closed to further sign ups, and purchases will no longer qualify for Loyalty points.
*GIFT VOUCHERS
(ALL GIFT VOUCHERS MUST BE USED BY SUNDAY 12TH OF FEBRUARY)
We are happy to accept the full value of gift cards/refund cards in store, provided the value of the gift card/refund card is no more than half the total price of items purchased. No new gift cards are being sold, and no balances added to existing gift cards. Unfortunately, the use of gift cards for online orders have been suspended.

🟣Update for you all about the use of Gift Cards in store.. 🟣

We are currently accepting gift cards in store and they can be used when spending half the amount of your transaction- eg your items cost £20.. you may use £10 on gift card and £10 either cash or debit/credit card.

This can only happen until 12th February when we will not longer be able to accept gift cards after that date.. please check purses/ bags/ drawers and wherever else you store things safe and check you don’t have our gift cards.

Please spend them in store asap if you do have one.

post.. it has been a crazy few weeks in store.. we are still currently open and have some bargains in store!

To all of our amazing customers, this is not an easy message to post.

For those who haven’t seen the notice sadly, M&Co have entered into administration as of the 9th December 2022.

We are hoping for a positive outcome and that our lovely shop will be saved but in the meantime there are a few things we would like our customers to be aware of:

Currently we are unable to process refunds back to original payment, we can exchange only any goods for the same value or above, this also includes items purchased through the website.

We are currently not scanning loyalty cards to add points and we cannot accept reward vouchers.

20% off all current full price lines is now on with other discounts in store as well!

We will be doing our best to keep a positive shopping environment for all our customers and despite the circumstances we remain positive!

We hope to see many shoppers about over the Christmas period and will do our best to help in all ways possible.
