We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to develop skills, build confidence and gain valuable workplace experience. As we mark , we're proud to be working alongside The Percy Hedley Foundation, an organisation we have proudly supported for many years.

Every six weeks, we will welcome a new student into the business, helping to provide opportunities to as many young people as possible.

Last week, we welcomed our first placement student, Finley, and it's been fantastic to see him settling in so well, helping to pack and prepare garments for delivery. We're looking forward to the few weeks with Finley as he continues on this journey with us.

A huge thank you to The Percy Hedley Foundation for partnering with us on this initiative and for the incredible work they do to support young people with disabilities across our region. 🧡💜

From design basics to real marketing projects, it’s been amazing to see our apprentice, Elle Morris, building skills bringing fresh ideas to the team 👏

Elle started her Creative Digital Design Integrated Degree apprenticeship at Newcastle College in October, and she’s already making an impact across marketing, video content and social media projects.

Apprenticeships are a great way to invest in people, and in your business. By helping talented individuals develop their skills, we’re not just supporting their careers, we’re building a stronger, more creative team.
