Just fixed some horrific staining on a brand new robe - hugely relieved :) glad I didn't try to fix it myself first though: they gave me good advice, ""you often only get one chance"" to sort some particular materials. Really handy location on the east side of town, if you're parking Durant Road/Ellison Place or getting bus down John Dobson St." - Malcolm
