Finally on our Meet the Team series is our youngest team member, Elsie! 💕

Elsie was actually the very first person to join the team outside of Helen and Evie, and being family, it only seemed right to have her join the Dolly’s team! 🥰 With Helen being her auntie, Dolly’s really is a family affair!

You’ll usually find Elsie in the shop on Saturdays and during the school holidays, bringing plenty of bubbly energy (and usually a LOT of chatting! 😂).

We’re so lucky to have our lovely Elsie on the team! 🌷

Meet Emma! 🤍

Emma is the newest member of our Dolly’s team, and you may already recognise her from her lovely video showcasing some of our gorgeous stock down in the boutique! 🛍️

She’s incredibly friendly, full of bright ideas and loves helping people find an outfit that not only looks great, but makes them feel great too. ✨

Outside of Dolly’s, Emma keeps herself very busy with her own laser craft business, Cre8tiveVibez, as well as running the Aylsham Wellbeing & Spiritual Fayre. So there’s clearly no shortage of creativity and ideas with Emma around! 😂

We’re so excited to have her as part of the team and can’t wait to see what she brings to Dolly’s! 🤍

Meet Caz! 🤍

Caz joined the Dolly’s team back in April, just as we were reaching some huge milestones as a business...opening our boutique and becoming a limited company. It was a pretty exciting (and slightly hectic!) time to join us!

Since then, Caz has become such a valued part of the team. She’s incredibly dependable, always friendly and is one of those people you know you can count on to get things done.

You’ll mainly find Caz down in the boutique, where she’s always ready for a chat and happy to help our lovely customers find exactly what they’re looking for. 🛍️

We’re so lucky to have Caz as part of our team and we’re so glad she joined us at such an exciting time for Dolly’s! 🤍

What's your favourite part about working at Dolly's?✨ "Chatting to the lovely customers and helping them to find just what they're looking for. (Also the Dolly's team is great to work with)"

What's your favourite product in the shops right now?🛍️ "Tricky question!I love the rich colours of the new autumn clothes in the boutique and the varied collection of bags for all occasions."

What's your favourite way to spend your days off? 🛀 "I enjoy watching TV documentaries, gardening, reading, and beach walks. Also, long country drives, usually visiting a village pub along the way!"

If a Celebrity walked into Dolly's, who would you want it to be?🕶️ "Sir David Attenbough - I wonder what he'd buy?"

Meet Evie! If you’ve been around Dolly’s for a while, you’ll probably already know Evie! As Helen’s daughter, she’s been part of the shop from the very beginning, working alongside her mum to help grow Dolly’s from its little shop on Vicarage Street into what it is today.

Alongside helping at Dolly’s, Evie also started Blooms By Dolly’s, building up the floristry side of the business before the two were eventually brought together. 🌸

Nowadays, you’ll mainly find Evie in the Home & Gift shop, where she’s involved in everything from social media and choosing stock to creating displays and helping customers with a bubbly smile!

So, let’s get to know Evie a little better… 👀

What's your favourite part about working at Dolly's?✨ "I absolutely LOVE choosing the new stock, and going through orders, however nothing beats the lovely chats I have with the customers!"

What's your favourite product in the shops right now?🛍️ "Honestly right now I am utterly obsessed with the new Autumn stock, especially the chubby ducks!"

What's your favourite way to spend your days off? 🛀 "Honestly just playing games on my switch and making myself an iced coffee...or two!"

If a Celebrity walked into Dolly's, who would you want it to be?🕶️ "Andrew Garfield 100%"

✨MEET THE TEAM✨

Meet Helen! I feel like I don’t really need to introduce her, as many of you will already know her as the face of Dolly’s! 🤍

Helen started Dolly’s Home & Gift two years ago in our little shop on Vicarage Street, and since then, alongside her family, she’s grown the business into what it is today. From one little shop to where we are now as Dolly’s of Norfolk… it’s been quite the journey!

Now you’ll usually find Helen somewhere in the shop, chatting to customers, choosing new stock and keeping everything running behind the scenes.

And of course, there’s Dave...Helen’s husband and one of the owners of Dolly’s! You might not see him quite as much as Helen, but he’s constantly busy behind the scenes. You’ll often find him fixing things, helping put out stock, building shelves or generally getting stuck into whatever needs doing! 🔨📦

Between them, Helen and Dave have put so much into Dolly’s, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without them. 🤍
