You may sell items that you make from my patterns but you must credit me as the designer and use your own photos. I teach knitting to anyone who wishes to learn, either by one to one or small group lessons. Please contact me for further details. Knitting has many benefits, including relieving

stress and anxiety. The gentle repetitive nature of making something useful with two needles and some yarn leaves the mind free to work through problems.

Last week I asked whether to keep the transition band or go straight into the flipped colours — and the majority said take it out.
I did.
And I love it. It feels so much cleaner.
