No fabric goes wasted 🙌🏽 Here I created a bespoke bag with fabric I removed from a lehenga. I used vegan silk for the lining and used a draw string as the fastening. I also hand stitched a bead handle.

*Removed a panel from the lehenga
*Shortened the length of the lehenga
*Elastic added to lehenga waist band
*Shortened the sleeve from the top to avoid loosing embroidery at the cuff and tapered the sides.
*Reshaped bodice by taking cups out, lifting shoulders and tapering
