ANNOUNCEMENT

Firstly, apologies for the lack of social media presence lately. As some of you already know we lost a much loved family member unexpectedly a couple of months ago and I took some time off. Last month my Mum suffered a stroke totally terrifying us all. With current price rises I have had to take on another job to keep my family afloat and pretty much all my days off are spent with my Mum as right now family has to come first. This isn't something I have spoken about publicly as I didn't feel it was right but I'm now getting a lot of messages so I need to explain what's going on.
With this in mind, I think the best course of action is to refund outstanding orders as I can't give anyone an exact time frame on completion at the moment and you have all been waiting long enough. Please bear with me while I work through and email everyone.
Thank you for reading this far. I won't be able to get round to all your messages straight away but I will get emails sent out by this evening.

Did you miss me? Sorry for the radio silence. We had a lovely holiday but had a couple of bits of bad news in the second week which has meant I've had a lot to deal with at home since we've been back. I'm still working through some of it but I will be back at work properly tomorrow so I really appreciate everyone's patience! If you have any concerns then please please pop me an email.
