Caitlin and Alex fully embraced their whimsical, medieval-inspired theme for their wedding at Ufton Court. Personal details were everywhere, even Caitlin's own cross-stitch work was on display, while Alex sported a hobbit-inspired waistcoat and the décor featured hand-painted DIY elements. Every element of the celebration felt deeply personal and authentic to who they are as a couple.
Rather than a traditional wedding breakfast, they opted for a relaxed afternoon tea, and guests were invited to get into the Halloween spirit by dressing up. The evening took on the energy of a good old house party, complete with a thoughtfully chosen playlist and an array of fun props. The biggest surprise of the night came in the form of an unexpected lightsaber procession as everyone made their way to the barn. Rain forced a change to the original confetti plans, but it ended up creating one of the most stunning photographic moments of the day with the glow of the lightsabres illuminating the scene behind the couple, creating the most unique backdrop (see the last picture!).
