We're delighted to announce that, following the unexpected cancellation of our original venue, we have secured a new home for NBT Fest 2026 💜
A huge thank you to Women’s Fitness Collective UK CIC and Everyone Active, whose support has helped us secure a fantastic new venue:

The event will still take place on Saturday 4th July from 10am – 3pm and will feature everything that makes NBT Fest so special:

✨ WE HAVE SOME BIG NEWS TO SHARE ✨

You may have noticed we’ve gone a little quiet recently, and there’s a reason for that...

Earlier this week, we received the devastating news that our original venue could no longer host NBT Fest due to circumstances completely outside of our control. After months of planning, organisation, bookings, and preparation, it felt like everything we’d worked so hard for was suddenly at risk.
As many of you know, NBT Fest isn’t organised by a big team – it’s organised by me, with the support of an incredible community of families, local businesses, volunteers and supporters who believe in what we’re trying to create.
Over the last few days, there have been countless phone calls, emails, venue visits, conversations, recommendations and a lot of determination behind the scenes. I was absolutely determined not to let down the families, small businesses and community groups who were looking forward to this event.

And today, I’m so excited to finally be able to say...

🎉 NBT FEST IS GOING AHEAD! 🎉

🎉 🎳 ✨ More Exciting Providers Announced for NBT Fest 2026! ✨🎁

NBT Fest 2026 keeps getting bigger and better, and we are so excited to introduce another amazing selection of local businesses and activity providers joining us for this year’s festival! 💛🎪

🎳 📖 KinQuest are bringing a brand new immersive sports adventure experience designed especially for children aged 18 months to 5 years. Combining storytelling, imaginative play and themed sports challenges, KinQuest helps little ones build confidence, coordination and teamwork in a magical and engaging way. Families can meet the team, enjoy interactive games and challenges, and discover a whole new approach to children’s sports sessions designed to make movement exciting and memorable for every child.

✨🛞 The Pram Polisher will be joining us to showcase their brilliant baby item cleaning service — because parenting is messy enough already! From muddy wheels to mystery stains and snack disasters, they help bring prams back to life with affordable, friendly and stress-free cleaning services designed especially for busy families. Festival visitors can also enjoy discounts and treats at their stall!

🧩💙 SNG Sensory Ltd will be bringing a fantastic range of sensory toys, fidget tools and sensory equipment designed to support people of all ages with autism, ADHD and additional needs. Their carefully selected products are tested by real families and created to help with focus, calming, sensory regulation and emotional wellbeing both at home and in educational settings. Their stall will be a brilliant resource for families looking for supportive and engaging sensory products.

🙌🌟 Volunteer with Us at NBT Fest 2026! 🌟🙌

NBT Fest 2026 is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and community-minded volunteers to help make this year’s festival a huge success! 🎪💛

As a volunteer, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day, helping visitors find their way around, assisting families, supporting providers and stall holders, and helping us ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable and welcoming experience from start to finish.

Whether you can spare a few hours or support us throughout the day, we’d love to hear from you.

Volunteering is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, gain event experience, support local families and be part of one of Nottingham’s biggest family events.

We are so excited to continue sharing the incredible mix of businesses, support services and family experiences coming to NBT Fest 2026! This festival is all about community, connection and creating joyful memories for families of all ages. 🎪💫

🎵💛 will be bringing calm, gentle and nurturing music sessions designed especially for mothers and babies under 1. Led by Eleanor, an experienced Early Years music practitioner with over 10 years of experience, these beautiful low-pressure sessions focus on connection, comfort and simply being together through music and sound. Created with a child-led and supportive approach, these sessions offer a peaceful space for parents to slow down, breathe and enjoy special moments with their little ones in a welcoming environment.

😴✨ Sleepy Little Stars Sleep Consultancy will be offering gentle sleep support and advice for families who may be struggling with difficult bedtimes, night waking, naps or sleep routines. As a certified responsive sleep consultant and autism & anxiety sleep specialist, they provide compassionate and supportive guidance tailored to each family’s needs. Festival visitors will be able to chat sleep, ask questions and pick up practical tips to help create calmer nights for both little ones and parents.

🕯️✨ Crystal Moon, Mind, Body & Spirit will be bringing a beautiful collection of handmade home fragrances, bath and body products, jewellery and gift sets to NBT Fest 2026. Lovingly created by this small local business, their range includes wax melts, bath bombs, whipped soaps, room sprays and more — all carefully handmade with safety and quality in mind. Perfect for finding a little self-care treat or thoughtful gift while supporting a local business.

NBT Fest 2026 is all about celebrating community, connection and supporting amazing local businesses — and we’re so excited to introduce another fantastic group of providers and stall holders joining us this year! 🎪🌟

🚶‍♀️💪 was founded from a place of understanding, support and community by Lauren shortly after becoming a mum herself. What started as a simple walk with a few mums has grown into an inspiring and award-recognised community helping women feel connected, supported and empowered through movement. From free walking groups and run clubs to hiking groups and new fitness classes for mums, their mission is all about creating safe and welcoming spaces where women can prioritise themselves, build confidence and find support through every stage of life. We’re excited to have them with us and looking forward to announcing more about what they will be doing at the big stage!!

We are so excited to announce even more incredible businesses and providers who will be joining us at NBT Fest 2026 to help make this year’s festival bigger, brighter and even more memorable for families across Nottingham! 💛🎪

🫧🎶 NBT Event sponsor and Multi Award Winners .sparks are returning after an incredible experience at last year’s festival, and this year they’re planning an even bigger and more immersive sensory hub for babies and toddlers from birth to preschool age. Families can enjoy sensory play, bubbles, music, movement, instruments, textures and interactive activities all designed to support connection, confidence and early development in a calm and welcoming environment. They’ll also be bringing back their much-loved baby and toddler disco session to the main stage to get everyone dancing and smiling together!!

📸💕 will be offering beautiful, relaxed mini photo shoots for families to capture special memories together during the festival. With a warm and natural approach, Natalie creates a comfortable experience for everyone in front of the camera, helping families preserve precious moments without the pressure of formal posing. We absolutely love her passion for making photography affordable and accessible for local families.

🥔🍴 will be bringing their unique catering pod serving up delicious jacket potatoes with a variety of homemade fillings to choose from. Perfect for a tasty festival lunch, alongside refreshing cold drinks to keep everyone fuelled for the fun-filled day ahead!
