The image and criteria for the Kings Coronation Medal have finally been released, and what an excellent looking piece it is.

The medal will go to serving members of the armed forces and prison service personnel who have completed 5 full years service, Frontline emergency workers and living recipients of the VC.

Something slightly different I put together before Christmas.

A current CFAV asked if I was able to put together a presentation piece to gift to his family.

The medal was remounted with fresh ribbon, a ribbon bar made up and all mounted alongside a photo of the medal recipient, the CFAVs grandfather - also an ex long serving CFAV.
