We are currently seeking a Trainee Embroidery candidate to join our team in the textile industry. As a Trainee Embroidery, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the art of embroidery. This role will provide you with hands-on experience and training in the embroidery field, allowing you to contribute to our production process and contribute to the creation of high-quality textile products.
As a Trainee Embroidery, you will gain knowledge of various embroidery techniques and practices. You will work closely with our experienced embroidery team to learn the process of digitizing designs, operating embroidery machines, selecting threads and materials, and ensuring the quality of finished pieces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow precise instructions.
We are searching for a motivated individual who is passionate about textiles and eager to learn and develop their embroidery skills. As a Trainee Embroidery, you will play a crucial role in helping us meet our production goals and ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Assist the embroidery team in setting up and operating embroidery machines.
Learn and practice different embroidery techniques, including appliqué, cross-stitch, and satin stitch.
Digitize designs and prepare them for embroidery machine programming.
Select appropriate threads, materials, and colors for each embroidery project.
Perform quality checks on finished embroidery pieces to ensure they meet our standards.
Maintain a clean and organized embroidery work area.
Collaborate with the embroidery team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with embroidery machines.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic embroidery techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials if required.
