Well that’s it, friends. The last 11 years have been a real privilege.

Thank you to our wonderful customers and staff who have supported us until the end. In particular thanks to Vinny, Eve, Bethan, Emily, Lottie and Niamh - you’ll all go on to bigger and better things and I can’t thank you all enough for the support you’ve given my family. Mentions also for Tarah, Sam and Chantal for your superhuman efforts during the lockdowns and everyone else who put it in a shift over the years.

We’ve only ever lived by two rules: be nice and be fair. We wanted to be sure that whoever was going to replace us would carry on that same tradition so please follow our friends and do visit them in a week or two. I hope you’ll support them like you supported us.

So for now, at least, it’s farewell.
