Hi, i am sarah the owner at personalised direct. As you all know i am closing my business down that i have worked hard on for 11 years, my heart and soul has gone into this business and i am trying my best to get all these orders out of the door as fast as possible on my own, its hard and i am trying my best to go quickly so please take a minute to please understand how heart breaking this is for me before you send any not very kind messages, i am aware that people have waited a lot longer than they should have done and i am very sorry for that but please remember that i am battling every emotion right now while i get all these orders out there because each one getting closer to the end is making me scared if i have made the right decision... so please i am asking you as a human and a mummy of 4 to please be gentle with me right now and please bear with me i am doing my best ###xx

To say this is a roller coaster of emotions for me is an understatement 😭 the amount of love and support I have had since letting you all know is unbelievable!!
My mum and I have worked together for about 10 years building this up and there has been a lot of highs but a lot of lows too.
Not every customer remembers that you are human and that has been the hardest part if I’m honest.
Having my mum by my side in it just made it feel easier to manage.
Now she is retired I have struggled but for the next 4 weeks while we close and do all the orders and new orders she is going to be coming in to help me 👏
Let’s go out with a bang guys and thankyou so much all of you for being amazing!

WE ARE CLOSING DOWN 😭

Unfortunately it’s the end of an era for personalised direct.
Since my mum retired this year I have found it hard to carry on with this business on my own and it’s taken a toll on my health, so after 10 years we are closing our doors at personalised direct and saying goodbye on the 31st march will be our final day.

Any outstanding orders will still be made and any new orders till then also
