This is a post that I have been considering for some time.
It’s with a heavy heart that I share Beau Occasion will be closing at the end of September 2025.
It’s been the most incredible journey. If I allowed my heart to rule my decision, I would continue forever.
As many of you are aware, I also work full time and I have reached a point where Beau Occasion needs more to continue to grow. I am not in a position or maybe I don’t have the courage to take that huge step.
Running a small business is so incredibly difficult and I have learnt from and loved every single second, I will forever be grateful for that.
To all our customers and supporters: Thank you. Your support and trust in me has been the driving force to my little business. I have loved helping all of you feel beautiful in your perfect dress.
To my family: Thank you for supporting me throughout the last 2 years, from shop renovations to last minute moves. I couldn’t have done it without you.
To Amy our wonderful seamstress, we have literally shared the stress, laughter and glitter. You are the best and if anyone needs any alterations, dressmaking or tutu’s them Amy @ Dauntless Dress Making is your girl.
What comes with this closure announcement is one last crazy month, lets make it our best……… Every dress must go, so if you are a Prom 2025 girl, you have a black tie event, cruise or ball coming up please make an appointment.
All dresses from today are £99 or under, yes even the ones that should be £400.
We have a small selection of Mother of the Bride, Flower girl and accessories too.
