My name’s Lizzie and mum and I wanted to show you a few of our favourite Indian print fabrics we have in at moment perfect for your dressmaking or craft projects!

Whether you’re doing outdoor cushions that you want to be weather resistant but still feel lovely and soft like a normal fabric or you want an indoor fabric that’s has stain/water resistant properties this is perfect for you! A really versatile cloth!

Here are some top tips for keeping your home cool using fabric.

One of the most important things to do is to block direct sunlight into your home during the day. The best way to do this is to keep your curtains and blinds closed during the day, particularly on south facing windows.

Did you know the lining you choose can make all the difference in blocking the suns rays? Our blackout/thermal lining is £6 per metre and not only does it help block heat from coming in during the summer but it will also help prevent heat escaping in the winter. Blackout lining will also help protect your face fabric from sun damage.
