This is a picture Jess took on a recent walk. This tree has grown and matured but it isn’t without its faults.
Running your own business is like riding a rollercoaster with hidden twists and turns (and maybe a couple of loops.) Back in 2020, when we sat in Barburittos laying the foundations for our little adventure, no one could have prepared us for the last 3 years.
We have learnt so much both personally and professionally. We get excited with what we do and what we sell but it’s always scary when we stand back at an event, when everything is out, and just have to hope other people like them too. We’ve said to so many people it’s the risk you take but the risk is lowered when you love what you do.
This year has been tricking with us having to fight depression, personal struggles and really low energy. We know we haven’t been as present and hope that will change but we will always prioritise our health over anything we do.
