We believe every child deserves the chance to explore, create, experiment and discover through hands-on STEM activities. 🚀🧪✨

But we know that real life can get in the way.

Our mission has always been simple: to inspire as many children as possible to explore, create, experiment, and fall in love with practical STEM learning 🧪🔬⚙️💡 all while spending less time on screens 📱❌ and more time discovering the world around them 🌎✨

As we continue to grow, we want to reach even more curious minds and make hands-on learning accessible to even more families. But we can't do it without YOU ❤️

Did you know that one in four species of bumblebee in the UK is under threat? That's why we're so excited to introduce this month's Curiosity Box: Brilliant Bees, created in collaboration with The Bumblebee Conservation Trust!

This month's box is packed with hands-on activities designed to help curious kids discover the incredible world of bees, pollination and conservation while having lots of STEM-filled fun along the way.

How fitting that our wonderful Professor of Curiosity this month is James 🐝🔍✨

These beautiful bee photos were sent in by him and we just HAD to share them with you 📸🌸

Bees may be tiny, but they do one of the biggest jobs on our planet 🌍💛 From helping flowers grow to supporting the food we eat every day 🍓🥕🌻 they are true nature superheroes 🦸‍♀️🐝

Say hello to the incredible Dr Suzie Sheehy 👩‍🔬🌍✨
Particle physicist, science communicator and real-life explorer of the universe 🔬💫

Dr Suzie designs AMAZING machines called particle accelerators that help solve some of the world’s biggest challenges 🌎⚙️

These giant machines speed up tiny particles inside atoms with huge amounts of energy 💥⚛️ Some can even help treat diseases like cancer and create cleaner, better energy for the future 💡💚

And yes… some of them are the size of HUGE doughnuts 🍩😲

Suzie’s work takes her all around the world 🌏✈️ including Japan 🇯🇵 where she carries out experiments using real particle accelerators!

What we LOVE most about Suzie is her curiosity ❤️
She believes in playing with the world, building things and having fun while learning 🛠️🎨🧠

As a child she loved music 🎵 and science challenges 🔍 and even won a prize for making the best homemade thermos flask 🏆👏

Her heroes include inspiring scientists like Marie Curie, Richard Feynman and Jocelyn Bell Burnell 🌟

Suzie shows children that science is exciting, creative, adventurous and FULL of possibilities 🚀✨

We are SO excited to have her as our Curiosity Box Power Box Champion 💥📚
