The gang at Ayres House are SO excited to be holding our first summer fun day and makers market. We’ve got a wonderful selection of stalls coming; there will be ceramicists, jewellers and clothing designers. The local bee keepers will be there with a live hive, will be doing some clay play and seed planting and the resident artists at Ayres House will be running some art & weaving sessions. Not forgetting a cake sale and coffee truck! It’s going to be a brilliant day - So pop the date in your diary now, we can’t wait to see you there! 🌟

What a busy few weeks it’s been, I’m feeling like a slightly broken woman but it’s been incredible. We’ve had so many events and orders coming in that I’m totally overwhelmed! I’m taking today to rest but all outstanding orders will head out tomorrow!

I just wanted to take a moment to Thank everyone involved, my husband, kids, parents, friends, fellow studio members, small biz mates, and of course customers! Although I run this small business by myself, I simply couldn’t do it without all of you! 🌟

After a brilliant first weekend at our Open Studios, we’ve had two days re-cooperate and are gearing up to re-open our studio doors tomorrow.
It’s going to be a big weekend here at Raph & Rose, not only is it my eldest child’s 5th birthday but we’re also trading at Dorchester Festival on Sunday 10th May for their food & gift fair (swipe for info). It would be great to see you there, it’s always a highlight of my year!

Whilst I won’t be in my studio this weekend, it will still be open for you to look around, the team at will be on hand to welcome you. The Artweeks exhibition in the Gallery is simply gorgeous so do make sure you pop along!
Ayres House is open 12-8pm Thursday & Friday and 12:30-4:30 Saturday & Sunday.
