I’m so delighted with my progress at my nutrition club that I’ve decided to become a trainee coach to help others achieve similar results. I’ve lost 20.5 lbs since 1st June and I’m bursting with energy so 2 jobs will be no bother 😊

If anyone is interested let me know and you can come along to the club for a free wellness evaluation and body composition scan. There’s absolutely no obligation to join (but you can if you want) it’s just to help me with my training 🥰

As many of my customers are friends, I wanted to share. After enjoying too many afternoon teas and glasses of prosecco in my Hillington shop it was time to get back to a healthy weight and lifestyle.

I joined a nutrition club and I’ve lost 18.5 pounds in 6 weeks and I’m feeling amazing 🤩

My thought for the day 🤔

Shopping local creates personal connections and fosters a sense of trust between business owners and customers. Local retailers value their customers immensely, often striving to provide exceptional personalised service. These establishments prioritise building relationships and gaining an understanding of their customers’ needs, resulting in tailored experiences that go beyond the transactional. In contrast to a ‘big business’ retailers, local shop owners genuinely appreciate each customer, fostering a culture of loyalty and forming enduring relationships.

What home ornaments (if any) do you like? At the moment our living room is looking like a zoo! We have elephants, ducks, a puffin, mice and much more. No more animals for us! (hubby is actually a minamalist but I'm slowly converting him!)
