Today was one of those pinch-me days.

I had the privilege of delivering fashion taster workshops to 60 Year 9 students at — in the very same fashion room where my own journey began. Even more special, I was working alongside my former fashion tutor, Julia Rees , who first inspired and shaped my love for fashion and design.

I never imagined I’d return to my old college not as a student, but inspiring the next generation — alongside the person who inspired me. It was a truly full-circle moment.

Days like today completely refill my cup. They remind me why I do what I do, and how deeply fashion runs through my veins. I’m incredibly passionate about the revival of skills, creativity, and craftsmanship — and what better way to do that than by inspiring young people at the very start of their journey.

Thank you so much to Rhys Harris for inviting me along — today was truly an honour and one I won’t forget.

Goodbye, my love.

Yesterday I picked up my very last batch of knitting yarn, and it’s hard to put into words how emotional it feels.
This yarn is unlike any other—it’s spun from the lifetime wool of my beloved, now-gone white Angora bunny, Lily, blended with the soft mohair from our small herd of beautiful Angora goats (of which only one remains). It was carefully processed and spun by Roger, my dear weaver, who has also passed away. Thirty-two cones in total, each holding a piece of my heart.

When I run my hands across these threads, I feel my whole story woven through them: the good, the hard, the highs, the lows. For a long time I couldn’t even speak about my business—it felt like a loss I was quietly mourning for three years.

When I did my fashion degree many moons ago My dissertation was titled Our Journey via Cloth: Our Relationship with Clothes from Birth to Death. I never imagined I would develop such a deep, rooted love for wool—or that I’d one day create my own fabric.

Now feels like the right time to say goodbye, at least for now.
I’m grateful that I can create something lasting from this extraordinary yarn—a keepsake to honor the journey, the people, and the profound connection I have to this incredible material we call wool. 🕊️✨

Huge Thank you to all my customers and anyone who has helped me, guided me, supported and cheered me along my way. Your kindness means the world. And a special thank you to my husband Owain for always being my rock ❤️

Such sad news my amazing weaver Roger from curlew weavers has sadly passed away
Rogers son Ceri has asked me to share of the passing of his amazing dad with all that might want to attend the funeral this Saturday. I’ll be going proudly wearing my tweed.
What a man so many amazing stories. Such a loss to the industry Roger taught me so much he was incredibly kind an absolute gem 💎

Welcome to our new page ✨

We are super excited to share with you our fabulous new sustainable fashion project

This project is funded by the Landfill Disposals tax communities scheme

We are on a mission at Pembrokeshire Frame to truly make a difference not only to climate crisis but also teaching the necessary skills to be able customise and repair clothes. Clothes that have been repaired will last longer, while reducing a significant amount of textile landfill waste.

Customised clothes one-of-a-kind is an excellent way to express your style and identity

If you would like to join our sustainable fashion journey we would love to hear from you.

We would be really grateful if you could spread the word about our new project and share our post ❤️
