Such a busy, lovely month. 🦄🌸🧚‍♀️
Went full on garden mode before Tilly's birthday and managed to clear all the rubbish, emptied and moved the shed, levelled the ground, put turf down and made a play area. It was so worth it because we had such a lush birthday party for Tills. All the children played outside and it was perfect.
The rest of the house is still at a standstill. But we're hoping to start on the roof soon to make space for the loft conversion 🙌

Bit of a spur of the moment project. I've been wanting to paint little birds on Tilly's wall for ages, fingers crossed it goes well. I'm not much of a painter but hey ho.

I did this little drawing of Tills and the cats probably over a year ago now. I found a beautiful old wood frame which had a print glued in so I just printed the illustration off and glued it over the top. Hopefully, we'll manage to actually finish Tilly's room soon and put it up on the wall for her ❤️

Garden is coming along. I'm so so excited to see this come to life! We've got raised planters along the sides which I'm hoping to fill with roses and hydrangeas, maybe some lavender and daisies. I'm planning a small curved path up to the front door and grass either side and hopefully we can fit a little swing in the corner. Swipe through to see the progression and before picture

World Book Day 🦄 Tills wanted to be the Unicorn from 's There's a Unicorn in your Book. Quite happy with how it turned out, although, it would have been so much easier if I had my sewing machine.

The hooks are finally done on both sides! Tills even has her little row ❤️ a place for her bags and coats. We want to add a shelf on the opposite side now, so I can keep little baskets for hats, gloves, scarves, etc. And we still have to add skirting and coving and that'll be it for the hallway.

All painted ✨️ I'm going to stain the seat with a dark warm brown and we'll add a little shelf at the top eventually. Can't wait to finish it properly now

Hallway progress. We almost have a place to store our coats. Finally! We've just had coats thrown everywhere for the past 2 years and it's a horrible because nowhere looks tidy. Hopefully, this week, I can get this sanded, primed and painted and we can put our coats all in the same place! Magic.
