📚💛 St Just Book Hunt – You Made It Special 💛📚
This morning’s Children’s Book Hunt might have come with a bit of Cornish drizzle… but it also came with smiles, determination, and a whole lot of excitement! 🌧️➡️😊
Children arrived ready to hunt, explore and solve the trail — and even when one of the clues went missing (quick fix in action! 💪), they kept going brilliantly.
A huge thank you to Tessa at the Kings Arms for going above and beyond — opening early, providing refreshments, and putting up a parasol just in time as the rain rolled in. Such kindness didn’t go unnoticed 💛
While it was a quieter turnout than hoped, those who came absolutely made it — children left proudly clutching their books (some with a few extra tucked under their arms 📖✨), and there was a real buzz around reading and discovery.
And honestly… that’s what this was all about.
✨ Getting books into children’s hands
✨ Creating little moments of joy
✨ Sparking a love of reading
