I made a small selection of bags, snoods and headbands to support a marine charity fair......there are some left over so if anyone would like to treat a friend, or themselves, let me know!
They are great to keep you cosy and warm on a walk.
They are made of soft fleece, the snoods are are sewn as a tube with extra length to tuck in under your coat or jumper.
The bags are just the right size for your purse, keys, phone etc, and also ideal for a dog walk with lots of room to add treats, the dog lead and poobags!

These are large sofa cushions I have covered in strong upholstery fabric. They can be sold individually for £35 each, a REAL bargain! Or they would look great as as set of floor cushions.
Half the money will go towards my friends Atlantic Row. You can follow her challenge with the Oarsome Foursome, 4 very determined ladies!!

A small shoulder bag, with the lighthouse doodle as a pocket on the outside, two pockets inside, a long strap made from black webbing on swivel clips and a zip to keep everything safe inside!

Here is a small selection of 2 different doodles on cushions, bags and in frames. I am in the process of getting more printed
The feather cushions are 18' x 18', made of a cotton mix fabric, black piping with a zip. They can be hand-washed. The cushion covers can be bought seperately, without the feather cushion
The bags are made and lined of the same cotton-mix fabric, they have inside pockets and strong leather straps. They measure 16' x 16'
The picture frames measure 10' x 8.5' and have prints on the same cotton-mix fabric

It's been a while since I have sent any posts. I've been busy with a couple of other things!! Moving to Cornwall and renovating a very derelict farmhouse😉
However, the sewing machine is out again, I still have prints of my doodles and planning on making new ones so there are cushions, bags, and framed pictures in the making.
I have posted a few of them but will add photos of any new items I make

Hi everyone,
I haven't posted any new bags or cushions for a l-o-n-g time now and I miss my studio.
However, I plan to get back to my sewing machine and start making again :)
This week I am visiting all the fabulous Open Studios here in Cornwall and you never know.......maybe I'll be ready to have one next year again :)
I am still sewing bits and pieces so if you would like anything in particular, do get in touch

These are more of my doodles but made into cushions
The first one is the Minack Theatre, next is a mine at Levant, very near where I live, then the lighthouse and last are stones in the sand on the beach

I have had a break from my bags after moving to Cornwall, a year ago!!
In the meantime I have been doing a bit of "doodling", inspired by all the amazing scenery here.
I have also managed to get the doodles printed onto fabric so I couldn't resist making just-one-bag ;)
Here it is!

This bag was made for a lady who came to visit me.
It was fun looking through the different oilcloth options and she decided on this one. The colours just happen to be different on each side which gives it a special effect and lined with the matt purple spotted fabric inside, it is a fabulous and unique bag

I have a stall at a lovely pub tomorrow which is hosting a dog show with all the various entries, waggiest tail, best behaved, which master looks like their dog, etc, etc :) .
There will be local crafts, good food, wine and beer, bunting and sunshine!!...... it's at the Dolphin in Betchworth !
