London Top Style is an online retailer selling footwear and clothing. We sell on E-bay and Amazon and on our own website to customers worldwide. We are a small family business based in Peterborough and due to growth we now require a Content/E-Commerce Assistant.
We require someone with excellent attention to detail and an aptitude for writing and grammar, as the role will be mainly based around taking photographs of products and adding these to the selling platforms with product descriptions and information. The right candidate must be able to meet deadlines and be flexible as the role will also involve taking in and sorting through deliveries, picking and packing orders and responding to customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for taking clear photographs of products and then efficiently loading products to the platforms and website and meeting product deadlines.
· Ensuring that all product information is up to date and all details are correct.
· Putting stock away in the correct place after listing.
· Processing deliveries correctly and in a timely manner.
· Picking and packing orders to a deadline.
· Responding to customer enquiries fast and with the correct information.
Requirements
Computer literate.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to focus.
Great writing skills and good use of punctuation and grammar.
A quick learner and the ability and willingness to be taught new skills.
Good communicator both in person and online.
Flexability.
Good attendance.
Trustworthy and loyal.
The ideal candidate would have:
The knowledge to use MAC rather than Windows
Photography skills
Social media knowledge
Experience of selling online
Enthusiasm and a positive energy
This will be a full time role, working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. This will initially be a 3 month contract .
