William unfortunately lost his glasses, but after the lovely team at Costco in Aberdeen pointed him in our direction, he made the trip through from Aberdeen to see us.

Thankfully, we had his lenses in stock. He picked out his new frames and just 30 minutes later… tada! New glasses ready to go. 🙌

And then we received this lovely message:

“You have a very special store! Delighted we were able to get my husband new glasses in just 30 minutes!”
