SCHOOL UNIFORM
As we approach our busy uniform season, heres some info that hopefully helps 😊 -
ORDERING
If you know which sizes you need, the easiest way is to order online. If you don't know your sizes and especially for new primary 1s - please pop in to try on, we'll be more than happy to help you and have sizes of all the popular items for trying on.
All orders are paid at the time of ordering. Online orders can be collected instore or posted to home addresses if collecting will be an issue.
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of messages we receive, its not possible to take orders over Facebook. If online isn't an option or you can't get instore give us a call on 01779 480900 and we can take your order/payment over the phone, but please only do this if the other options aren't possible as it takes up valuable time.
Our final order date this year is Thursday 23rd July but please dont leave it last minute as you risk items being out of stock with suppliers! Any orders placed after this date will most likely not be ready in time for the schools return in August.
OWN ITEMS
As always, we are happy to embroider school logos onto your own items, as long as they are the correct school colours then there is no issue. The same last order date applies to own items. Please make sure your items are in a carrier bag to keep them together, loose items will not be accepted.
This year we will have a drop off box that you can just pop your items in instead of waiting to be served, please include a note with your name, mobile number and clear instructions inside the carrier bag. This is not mandatory, you can still of course bring your items to the till if you'd like pay in advance and we can take down your details for you!
COLLECTION
Once your order is ready, we will send you a text message to your mobile to let you know. The text message will include your order number so please have this handy while you collect 😊
MADE TO ORDER TARTAN ITEMS
Our books will be closing on Friday 29th May for our tartan shorts and pinafores. Unfortunately there will be no late orders for these, they won't be available again until next spring so please make sure you pop in and reserve yours before then! We do of course have our tartan range in Banner & Winterbottom available all year round.
RETURNS
As all items are ordered in and embroidered for you, we have a no return policy (unless the item is faulty) so please make sure the correct item/sizes are ordered.
And finally, please bear with us 😂🙈 it is an extremely busy time for us and we really do work round the clock to make sure all orders are ready for going back to school!
