A thru hike will change your perspective on how much your mind and body can do.
The aches and pains don't seem so bad when you are rewarded with such beautiful landscape.

Recently completed the 491 mile hike of the Colorado trail.

Please keep an eye out as I did film as much as I could so I will post daily ISH reels about that the trail is really like!

Something big is happening this week.... Any guesses what I'm about to attempt? 🥾 🏔️

I'm very excited and very nervous and a little hint is it's going to take a big travel day/days to get to the start!

So, after a lot of thought we have decided that Peak N Path will be taking a break.

Whilst we love this brand and what we stand for it's just not feasible alongside our current circumstances to give this project the time and attention it needs.

Our website will remain live and able to purchase from untill April 23rd if you would like to still support us but after that we will stop trading.

It is not the end for Peak N Path and I (Beth) have a very exciting adventure planned this summer which I hope to document and share with you on here.

Thank you so much to all our friends, family and other small businesses that have shown such great support over the past year. We have thoroughly enjoyed this journey.

See you later....

Hike more, worry less! 🥾

A favourite saying for us, getting outside is so important to keep your brain balanced.

It doesn't have to be a 20km hike up a mountain, it could just be a walk around the block, breathe in the fresh air and slow down.
