Bespoke handmade Rag dolls, seasonal toys and much more all handmade by me. All my toys carry the CE label. This page is the result of it.

This has been a long working progress but after some lovely craft fairs at Christmas 2013 I knew which way to go with my ideas. Everyone has the knack for something and mine is sewing and the best thing is I LOVE it. Everything is handmade by me so they are all unique in someway. I spend hours sourcing beautiful fabrics on the web with a soft spot for Liberty of London. Every 'like' every 'share' is making my dream come true so I really do appreciate everyone.

My dyed sheep locks finally turned up today after getting lost but definitely worth the wait, how stunning are these colours !! … now to finish the mermaids 🧜‍♀️

My son used to make the felt doll/mermaid stands but I do now, it’s actually very satisfying! and I’m allowed to do it in his garage 😆 win win

Busy busy building stock, over 50 scrunchies made from Liberty of London Fabric, 10 more to complete then onto my next task … bunny bunting bunny 🐰

Lots of sewing with creating ‘flat pack’ Mermaids and Pirates 🏴‍☠️ gold sparkly buckles and sparkly shells for the Mermaids.

My plan is to do this each evening and then spend the weekend stuffing and completing the finishing touches.

January is quieter in the shops especially at the moment with the weather, so I am taking time to get lots made so I can do a full refresh of all stock next month.

I love a Liberty of London fabric parcel, so I have Poppys Poem, Carmella Daisy, Miranda and Miros Parade, super soft Tana Lawn 😍.

Also some Mermaid fabrics and Super Hero. All have certificates, meaning they have been tested and comply with regulations for making soft toys.

Just about to start sewing Mermaids …. Watch this space 🧜‍♀️

Hope everyone had some lovely relaxed festive times 🥂

One New Year’s resolution for me is try and spend more time doing what I love , my sewing hobby, my little business.

Over Christmas I had 2 wonderful weeks off, lots of prepping, organising, cutting out, ordering and looking at new ideas …. I’m excited !!

My first focus is lots and lots of bracelets
lovely Liberty of London spaghetti cord with 3 charms, always a heart and various other gorgeous ones 🥰.

16 months of no driving with the last 4 months of waiting for DVLA to sort it out 🙏🙏 as soon as I can, I’ll be popping into the shops and replacing, adjusting all stock … I can’t wait but until then lots of making 🥰 my favourite pastime.
