Plymouth based and growing fast, The Mermaid Boil is looking for an experienced Line Chef and Server to join the team!
This is a zero hour, on the road role, so flexibility and reliability are essential.
Line Chef Requirements:
• Proven experience in a fast paced kitchen
• Ability to handle high volume service
• Strong understanding of food safety & hygiene
• All relevant food & hygiene certificates required
Server Requirements:
• Previous front of house experience is a must
• Confident, friendly, and professional attitude
• Ability to thrive in a busy working environment
• Excellent customer service skills
