Flowing through the heart of Dorset in England is river Stour.

The name Stour originates from the old English or Celtic roots, it means “strong, powerful, mighty” or “stirring, moving”

WE WELCOME SPRING, a sacred shift into renewal!

We honour this land with long slow walks and deep listening.

Winter blessings ✨

Winter slows the world until only what is essential remains, until only peace is felt.

Being together with dearest family, celebrating the pause between endings and beginnings, the sun cycles and the light we see in each other.

We open to receive immense teachings as we step away from the mundane, retreating once again to this sun blessed island with its dramatic landscapes that reflect its volcanic soul.

We allow to take the time to rest, it is where strength learns how to breathe.

Deepening the connection to this sacred land of fire, I am reminded that we are the light, a guide through the illusion, the limitations, the challenges, the struggles I remember to turn in the direction of Light… open to it (in a big way) over and over again.

May peace find you, may warmth gather around your soul, and may you remember that you,
too, are part of the light silently being reborn.

Ah how good it feels to be back in the UK hanging out in the home garden with a feathered friend after summer full of festivals, events, travels (planned and unplanned)… so much adventure and challenges followed by incredible healing and connection.

The Equinox has passed now and with it the balance of light and dark tips once again.

For us this is time of harvest… gathering the fruits of our labour so it makes sense to return home and anchor in that flow.

We will soon be getting cosy in the studio back into more steady work rhythm where we honour what has ripened by creating new plant dyed textile pieces.

We will try and share as much of that as possible plus our end of summer giveaway so stay connected.
