This is Game On.

Game On didn’t start because I had a lifelong ambition to run a sportswear company.

It started because I got fed up buying football kits.

For more than five years, I’ve been involved in buying kits for my own football club. During that time, I kept running into the same problems.

Kits were expensive. Designs and patterns would be discontinued after a couple of seasons. We’d find something that became part of our club’s identity, only to discover that when we needed a few extra shirts a year or two later, we couldn’t get them anymore.

The answer was usually the same: choose a new kit.

For a club that’s constantly growing and adding players and teams, that didn’t make much sense.

So eventually I thought: there has to be a better way of doing this.

And that’s where Game On started.

Doing things differently

We began working with a number of manufacturers in the UK and overseas to create something different.

Rather than asking clubs to choose a shirt from a catalogue, we help you create your own kit.

You bring us your colours, your badge and your ideas. It might be a detailed design you’ve already created, an old shirt you want to bring back to life, a rough sketch, or simply an idea in your head.

We take that and help turn it into something your team can actually walk onto the pitch wearing.

And we don’t charge you for designing it.

That’s actually one of my favourite parts of the whole process. I love playing around with ideas and seeing a kit gradually come together. Modern design tools, including AI, have made that process faster and opened up even more possibilities for what we can create.

But the most important part comes afterwards….The design is yours.

We’re not going to tell you in two years that the manufacturer has changed its catalogue and your shirt doesn’t exist anymore.

If you love your kit, keep it.

If you need another three shirts next season, order another three shirts. If your club grows and you need another team’s worth, we can make them.

The design changes when you decide it’s time for a change.

As new and better fabrics become available, we may upgrade the materials used to produce future shirts, because we always want to improve the product. But the identity you’ve created doesn’t disappear just because a new catalogue has landed.

We think that makes sense financially, creates less unnecessary waste and, most importantly, helps clubs build an identity that can last.

Then comes the best bit

There’s something I hadn’t really expected when I started doing this.

Seeing someone actually playing football in a kit I’ve designed.

I love it.

There’s a genuine sense of pride when I see a team walk onto a pitch wearing one of our kits.

Sometimes that shirt started with nothing more than someone saying, “We’ve got this badge and these are our colours — what can you do?”

Then you see an idea become a design, the design become a real shirt, and eventually 11 players are standing on a football pitch wearing it.

That feeling doesn’t change depending on the size of the order.

You could be a one-team grassroots club buying your first proper kit.

You could be a school wanting something that your pupils are proud to represent.

Or you could be a large, multi-generational club with youth, men’s, women’s and veterans’ teams that wants one identity running throughout the whole organisation.

It doesn’t matter.

We’ll give you the same care, creativity and attention.

Because whether we’re making 15 shirts or helping kit out an entire club, we want you to have that moment when you first see your team together and think:

We look good.

So why is it affordable?

There’s no clever marketing answer here.

We’re a new company.

We’re currently below the VAT registration threshold, which helps us keep our prices down. We’re also a small operation, so we simply don’t have the enormous overheads that come with some of the major sportswear companies.

We’re not paying for huge offices, massive marketing campaigns or layers of infrastructure.

We’re designing kits and getting them made.

And lower prices don’t mean we’re prepared to put our name on something we wouldn’t use ourselves.

Before Game On existed, I was already using kits from our manufacturing partners for my own football club. I’ve personally seen them worn, washed and used week after week across three seasons of grassroots football.

Game On has grown out of that experience.

Your club shop. For free.

We also wanted to solve another problem we’d experienced ourselves.

Ordering the original kit is normally the easy bit.

It’s six months later when someone new joins and needs a shirt. Or somebody loses their tracksuit. Or you start another team and suddenly need more kit.

So once we’ve created your range, we can give your club its own free online club shop.

Players and parents can order what they need, and clubs don’t have to keep reinventing their kit every time something changes.

It’s another small part of making grassroots sportswear simpler.

And we’re not stopping at shirts

Game On is also developing bespoke 3D-printed awards and trophies.

It’s based on exactly the same idea.

Why should every presentation night have to use the same off-the-shelf trophies?

We can create awards around your club, competition or event and make something that’s actually personal to the people receiving it.

Because that’s really what Game On is about.

It’s not about trying to become another giant sportswear brand.

It’s about taking what I’ve learned from years of actually running a grassroots football club — the frustrations, the costs, the things that work and the things that don’t — and trying to build something better.

Something flexible.

Something affordable.

Something personal.

And something we’re proud to put our name on.

Because there’s still a little buzz every time I see another team run onto a football pitch wearing one of my designs.

I hope that never changes.

Whatever your size. Whatever your level. Whatever your idea.

Let’s make something your team will be proud to wear.

GAME ON.
