This Saturday I'll be taking on the Pretty Muddy challenge to raise money for Cancer Research UK! 💖🏃‍♀️🧡

I'll be running, climbing, crawling and getting very muddy, all to help fund life-saving research and support the fight against cancer.

Cancer affects so many of us, either personally or through the people we love, so every donation – no matter how small – will make a difference.

Well... after yesterday's 15-mile Sup & Mooch charity pub crawl for MIND, I'm pleased to report that I have made a full recovery... 🍻🤕🤣

My legs are still negotiating with me, my feet have submitted a formal complaint, and I'm pretty sure my body has forgotten what "normal walking" feels like. But apparently I thought it would be a good idea to follow it up by taking part in Pretty Muddy next weekend! 🏃‍♀️💗

So, if you've been thinking about donating but haven't got round to it yet, now would be a great time. Every donation helps support an incredible cause and gives me a little extra motivation when I'm crawling through mud, questioning my life choices next Saturday! 😂

☀️ 15 miles. 🍻 A few pubs. ❤️ Countless memories.

Yesterday I took part in the Preston SUP & Mooch charity pub crawl in aid of MIND, walking 15 miles around Preston with some amazing people.

The sun shone all day, the atmosphere was incredible, and we visited pubs I'd never stepped foot in before. There was laughter, stories, sore feet, and probably a few more drinks than originally planned... 🤣

Most importantly, I got to wear my tribute tee and spend the day walking in memory of Scott, while supporting a charity that helps so many people struggling with their mental health.

Today I'm feeling a little worse for wear 🤦‍♀️😂 but it was worth every single step.

Thank you to everyone who organised the event, donated, supported, and walked alongside us. ❤️

I’ve been a little quiet lately.
Truthfully, my mental health hasn’t been the best these past few weeks and I’ve been trying to find my way through it quietly behind the scenes.

But creating again has helped.
Designing this new Graffiti Collection gave me something to focus on when my mind felt loud. Somewhere to put the chaos instead of carrying it all internally.

That’s what For Every Tomorrow has always been about for me.
Not pretending life is perfect… just continuing to move forward through it.

This collection feels raw, emotional, imperfect and honest — and maybe that’s why it means so much to me already.
