Whilst I recently closed my small business, I am still in the process of discovering what is next for me. I'd like to keep this page and take you along on my journey.

This was my first time last week, found in a wooded area down south.

A gorgeous raw hot chocolate natural in magnesium, iron, calcium & potassium. Opens the heart chakra, boosts mood, increases energy & aids cognitive/memory performance 🩶

What is it?
Raw Ceremonial Cacao - Criollo Cacao Beans 🫘
Originating in the Amazon, largely sourced in South America - Venezuela/Peru.

Cacao vs Cocoa..
Cocoa is derived from Cacao, it is fermented, dried & ground to produce cocoa which is then processed further adding sugar, milk, fats to create chocolate.

Cacao is the original bean 🫶🏼
Cacao contains Theobromine similar to Caffeine but with natural stimulant effects.
~ smoother/longer lasting energy boosts
~ relaxes muscles, increases blood flow
~ reduces blood pressure
~ increasing heartbeat/open heart chakra

✨ Known as a heart opening drink..
20g-40g ceremonial Cacao should be consumed with intention. Appreciated.
