☁️ Baby Pamper & Play ☁️

Date: Tuesday 26th May
Timing: 12:15 -14:15

About the session:
Treat your baby to the ultimate 2 hour Pamper and Play session at Squidge & Me.

Relax and unwind with your baby as we treat them to a gentle and relaxing massage at the Squidge & Me Baby Spa.

Spend time creating a deeper and more meaningful bond with your baby as you connect through loving touch and spending quality one on one time together in a safe, relaxing, spa like environment.

After the pamper session is complete there will be time for you to connect with other parents over refreshments while your babies engage in sensory play set out around the room. There will be lots of photo opportunities including post treatment posing in dressing gowns and mummy and me photoshoots and of course time to create precious keepsakes to take home too!

Special extras:
Every mummy will receive a gorgeous gift bag filled with goodies, some baby massage oil and a Squidge & Me Baby Massage handout so you can continue to practice the strokes learnt at home.

Bookings made direct via our booking link, be quick because there are only a limited number of spaces to keep the environment calm and relaxing for you all.

** you don’t have to have completed our 5 week Baby Massage course to attend this session, suitable for new or existing Squidge & Me parents. This class makes the perfect refresher class for existing parents or taster for those yet to do the 5 week course.

This class is suitable for babies from birth to crawling.

🫧 Baby Pamper & Play 🫧

I am getting sooo excited for our upcoming Baby Pamper & Play class on the 26th May (I secretly released booked a couple of days ago so nip over to my booking site to grab one!). It’s such a lovely class as a one off for those that haven’t done massage with me before but also super cute as a follow on from my baby massage courses.

It’s been a while since the last pamper & play and I am so excited! It’s one of my favourite classes, I just love sorting all the little details that come together to make it so special for our mamas and babies.

🌸 The June 5 week Baby Massage course 🌸

Dates: Thursdays, 4th June to 2nd July
Timings: 10:00-11:30
Location: Reepham Pavilion, Reepham Recreation Ground

Abit about the course:
Come and join us on our friendly and relaxing 5 week Baby Massage course to learn the gentle and relaxing strokes of Baby Massage.

Each week of the course focuses on a different area of the body, building up to a pampering full body massage in week 5.

After the teaching element is complete, there is time for you to connect with other parents over a hot drink and treat (all included) while your little ones engage in our unstructured sensory play set out around the room.

Special extras:
Every parent on the course will receive one of our gorgeous branded bags filled with a few treats for them, a bottle of baby massage oil and a Squidge & Me Baby Massage handbook so you can continue your massage journey from home alongside and after the course. On week five of the course every parent and baby recieves a special certificate to commemorate their time on the course (perfect for those memory boxes).

We know new parents love a photo opportunity so we have made sure there are always plenty of opportunities within class for cute baby photos.

On one week of the course there is the opportunity to have gorgeous professional photos of you and your baby that you can cherish forever. Such a special addition to the course that I am so grateful we can provide for you.

Haven’t done one of these for a while and I am forever getting messages about availability of classes so here we go!!

Baby Play
These classes can be booked as a block of 5 at discount or as one off classes across the block (If you’d like to spread your block of 5 classes across two blocks then drop me a message and I’ll sort this for you).

Baby Massage
My next course of baby massage with availability will start 4th June, be quick so you don’t miss out!!!

ALSO… I do have a baby pamper and play class being released soon, along side a couple of themed events so keep your eyes peeled for these too!!!

🤍 Special moments with Mummy 🤍

There are so many reasons why baby massage is the perfect first baby class for you and your baby, but providing you with the opportunity to spend quality uninterrupted one on one time with your baby is my absolute favourite.

Sometimes it’s very easy to overlook spending actual time with your baby when you’re trying to juggle keeping the house tidy, making sure clothes are washed and washing up is off the sides, looking after siblings, hosting visitors and taking time to rest and recover yourself and feeding, napping and changing your baby; but coming away from your house, away from responsibilities and just being present in class with your baby is not only the perfect escape from the pressures but also provides that time to really bond with your baby.

As a second time mum reflecting on my maternity leave experiences, Squidge & Me provided me with special time just me and Alfie, something I didn’t realise was so important at the time. Squidge & Me provided us time to slow down, relax and focus on just us two for a couple of hours a week. It allowed us to sit down and really spend time together and allowed me to get to know him without the responsibilities around us at home and his whirlwind of a sister running circles around us. It was a special time that I’m so glad I took the chance to do and I really do urge any other parents to do too.
