This is a really hard post to write.

After a lot of thinking, I’ve made the decision to close Simply Logo. This business has been such a huge part of my life for years, and I’m incredibly proud of what I built, the businesses I helped, and the amazing people I met along the way.

The last couple of years have taken a lot out of me personally and emotionally, and after my hip surgery and the complications that followed, I’ve had to be honest with myself about what I can manage moving forward. In many ways, the decision has been made for me, and I know now that I need a fresh start and a new chapter.

I tried my best to keep everything going and I truly gave Simply Logo everything I had, but sometimes you have to be honest with yourself and know when it’s time to move forward.

This isn’t a failure. Not even close. This is me choosing a new direction and a new beginning.

Thank you to every single person who supported Simply Logo, ordered from me, recommended me, and believed in me. It meant more than you probably realised.

So this is the end of Simply Logo, but it’s not the end of me.Just the start of something new.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you know that Simply Logo will be temporarily closing on Friday 28 November due to my upcoming hip surgery. Over the last couple of weeks, the pain and discomfort have become too much for me to manage while running the business at the level I want to.

I’m taking this time to focus on my health and imminent surgery, and I hope to reopen once I’m feeling stronger and able to give the business my full attention again.

Thank you so much for your support and business over the years—it truly means the world to me. I’m looking forward to seeing you all again soon when I’m back on my feet!

A very sad day. We used to embroider his famous Camo jacket. Such a down to earth guy. He was so courteous and polite. . A remarkably courageous and positive person. Love to Jules and family at this very sad time. 💔💔.

💬 A Personal and Important Update 💬

After more than 20 years of running Simply Logo, I've made the difficult decision to change how I work—shifting away from the physical shop and moving to taking orders by phone or message, with local deliveries by myself.

This has been a really emotional decision.
Sadly, over the last couple of months I have been subjected to some hateful abuse and threats—something no one should ever have to experience, especially just for living their truth. It’s shaken me deeply, and while I’ve reported everything and tried to carry on, I no longer feel safe being alone in the shop.

At the same time, I’m also on the waiting list for a full hip replacement. The pain and mobility issues are already making daily work difficult, and I’ll need to take time out for recovery once I get a surgery date. This has all played a part in the decision to restructure how Simply Logo operates.

My first instinct was to close the business completely. But the reality is, Simply Logo is not just my passion—it’s my livelihood. I rely on it to live, so I’m adapting. I’ll be continuing the business, offering the same service to the amazing customers who’ve supported me over the years—just without the daily risk of being in the shop.

I want to be clear—this is not about giving up. It’s about protecting my wellbeing and continuing to run Simply Logo in a way that works for me.
I’m still here, still offering the same level of service—just in a different format.

To those who’ve supported me—not just in business, but in being my authentic self—thank you. You’ll never know how much it means. 🙏💛.

I am on the ropes a bit , but certainly not out ;)

"Important Announcement: Cash Payments Only 🚨

Am so fed up of the increasing charges the banks/financial institutions are making.

To keep our prices fair and reduce rising transaction costs, we will now be accepting cash payments only in our retail shop. Card fees have made it increasingly difficult to grow the business, and this change will help us reinvest—allowing us to take on staff and improve our service.

For larger purchases, we may be able to accept bank transfers—please ask in-store for details.
