For anyone with a child experiencing the loss of a loved one, I'd highly recommend Badger's Parting Gifts by Susan Varley.

Absolutely beautiful story, using plain language in a way that is easy for a child to understand and help them to process and work through their big feelings.

I've photographed a couple of the pages, so anybody who knows a small person who might benefit from this book can see the kind of language used in it before they get it for them. ❤️❤️
