October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month — and we want to remind every person who visits our page to take a few minutes for a self-check 💕

Here’s how to check your breasts:
1. Look
Stand in front of a mirror with your shoulders straight and arms on your hips. Notice any changes in size, shape, or colour.

2. Lift
Raise your arms and look for the same changes.

3. Feel
Use the flat part of your fingers to feel your entire breast, from collarbone to under your breast, and up into your armpit.

4. Notice
Any lumps, thickening, swelling, skin changes, or ni**le discharge should be checked by your GP.

If something doesn’t feel right, get it checked.
Early detection saves lives, and no concern is too small to mention.
