For what are you grateful? (3mins read)
Happy weekend everyone,
I hope you are enjoying a shiny weekend, as I am, albeit on the sewing machine serving my passion, where I felt to share with you, in a nutshell, what propels my love to create something special and unique for our customers.
The TobiAkiode brand is a reflection of my family's uniqueness and cohesiveness. We believe that purposes may differ yet are holistic. I fondly call our village home a factory of productive resources - loving and amazing wife and mum and children, creative ideas, materials and machines and more. I am very grateful for all.
Some days, paints and fabric pieces are on the kitchen floor because children want to play and learn. Others, we're cooking special meals and binging on cutting, sewing and completing unfinished projects. We joggle everything together on the week leading up to monthly market days. We sew and trim all night, feed the children, pray, and put them to bed, knowing it will be an early morning start.
We could get overwhelmed and give up, but we choose to be grateful for our uniqueness and cohesiveness. Our anchor is the strength of our love and passion for our purposes. The factory is busy, with no dull moments, and days are different.
