I require payments for all items in full at the time of ordering. Returns
I have a no returns policy on all items as I hand make all orders individually for each customer. Before sending out your items I will send you images of your finished products this is the time to request and alterations or changes. please note that I am unable to make anything that is related to, inspired by or replicates a trademark character. these characters are trademarked and would breach copyright laws as I don't hold a licence from the relevant companies to trade with items under there name , you may find other makers are happy to create these items but I personally will not as my business is a source of income and I cant afford the risk of any hefty fines. you can also find K and A's Handmade Gifts on

Washing my items:
I have had several questions about how would I wash my items , a set of instructions on wash instructions and advice will be sent to you in your parcel .
