KIND of made a roasted pepper and black olive focaccia for dinner... not quite as 'dimply' as I'd like, but still flipping tasty.

I got myself an omelette maker for work, so for lunch tomorrow I'll be tucking into a lovely omelette, with a chunk of focaccia.

In work today, I PLANNED to come home and do a 'Pantry Audit', go through supplies, see if owt needs binning/replacing.

I got home, ran upstairs, checked my watch - 14:43 and curled up in bed, fully clothed.

Woke up 15:43, in exactly the same position.

Stumbled down stairs. Sorted the fridge, chucked some OLD condiments. Started on the cupboard, got distracted, made chocolate, walnut and Biscoff brownies 😀😀😀

Also made gnocchi with courgette, and smoked trout for dinner.

Fish pie.
- 500g new potatoes par boiled
- 2 leeks wilted in butter
- 300ml creme fraiche
- 200g frozen garden peas
- 600g fish
- parsley
-- filo pastry, brushed with melted butter, and scrunched up.
30min in a 200°C oven
