My Ode To You

Gah- End of year has got me feeling all a bit Whitney (I get so emotional baby.) It doesn't seem a whole year since I wrote an Ode to Lucas' Reception teacher and now here I am writing a new one and my baby boy starts Reception in SIX WEEKS. ALL THE SOBS! Lovely to think back over the year and remember all he's done. Also big shout out to all the Teachers out there! I couldn't quite hack it but we really appreciate all you do and are so grateful for the patience and kindness that you show our little ones. xx

W***y straws and terrible fancy dress are both standard Hen Do behaviour but this bride-to-be also received an Ode from her closest friends that she described as "funny, sweet...and a really unique way to share memories that we so often forget to say aloud to each other." Just had some awesome feedback from a sweet lady who wanted a Bespoke Ode for her Team that she was leaving after 10 years of working together. "Everyone was wowed! There was laughter and tears all round. It was the best thing I could have given them as a sentimental reminder so thank you very very much. We all love it!" So lovely to be a part of someone's journey.

Tom has bought me a steam iron for Valentine's and I am buying him a woodshed. We know how to keep the romance alive right here.
