Weekend deep‑dive into my Canva portfolio — revisiting years of costume work from trainee days to full design credits. Found this gem of the fabulous Carla mid‑action on Corrie and remembered the chaos behind the scenes: doubles, stunt padding, continuity notes flying everywhere. So many versions of this costume, each telling its own story. 💛

🎬 Don’t Unleash the Beast — lockdown creation magic

During lockdown, in a tiny flat with a five‑year‑old and a world turned upside down, I poured every ounce of creativity into this project — Don’t Unleash the Beast.
Every stitch, every texture, every piece of costume was designed and built from home, right there between homeschooling, snack breaks, and the unknown.

It was wild, messy, and full of heart — proof that imagination doesn’t need space, just determination. I love a remote job, and the bigger the challenge, the better.
This one reminded me that even in isolation you can still get the job done

What are we all up to this weekend? We’re most definitely outdoors while we can be — but this little throwback popped up...
