Andover Half Marathon!!
It will be windy!!

Not a tough decision but medically probably the best decision to pull out the Bournemouth Half Marathon today. 😥
A cold and pretty chesty cough has been very unwelcome this week and feeling pretty good now but a crackley chest. So best I shouldn't do it. 😥😥
Good Luck to all the runners out there today and I'll be back next year.

Andover Half in 2 weeks so the next focus is get ready for this.

Rest week last week, but 15 consistent weeks, not 100% injury free 🤞but manageable with rest and recovery.
Tuesday sports massage
Isla is always fantastic and keeps me moving.
Staying consistent is key and building the engine and 600% up of the previous 3 months is definitely showing in my running. 🤞🤞
And race week next Sunday. Bournemouth Half. 🙏🙏

1st interval session today for a long time.
Trying out 400m threshold pace and 400m recovery x 5 sets.
Felt good, enjoyed it, proper sweat on and proper working those lungs from all the easier running recently.
