June is a brilliant time to visit Sandwich!! 😎 Diaries at the ready: today (Saturday 6th) is the Little Gardens of Sandwich, followed by Le Weekend with a French Market on 13/14 and the brilliant Medieval Encampment at the quay. Then the weekend after, 20th June is the town’s Midsummer late night shopping event !🥂There’s lots more on too, including the Antiques Market….Keep an eye on everyone’s pages for more. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Tomorrow (Saturday 30th) is the last day of the Teddy Bear Trail in Sandwich. Thank you so much to all of the families who’ve taken part this half term. It’s been amazing to meet you all 🥰. Lots of lovely books have been given away by the brilliant . It’s been so much fun to be a part of. Shout out to for their great window, for their fab picnics and a big thank you to everyone for sharing and passing the word on 🧸🤩.

Today (Saturday) marks the start of the Sandwich Teddy Trail. A fun collaboration of shops in the town brought together by the amazing to give some free half term joy and to celebrate books and reading. Pop into us for a free worksheet and work your way around the windows spotting bears via and head to the bookshop for your free book as a thank you for taking part. Books are aged up to 14. If you’re hungry afterwards have teddy bear picnics on the menu too! 📚🧸. We can’t wait to welcome you - please share this post if you can 😎.

Jimmy the Teddy Bear and I are SO Excited for this Saturday - the launch of Sandwich Teddy Trail!! 🧸

Perfect for half term fun - pop into Effie McLean from 10am - pick up a free trail sheet and start counting teddies in the shop windows from our shop via to - where you’ll receive your free story book as a thank you for taking part!! 🥰 .

If you need refuelling afterwards don’t forget will have teddy bears picnics on the menu too! 😋.

We can’t wait to welcome you to begin the trail. Grown ups….Please pass the word on! 🧸🤩.
