Nobody made stands with more style than Strand Electric. Those Bakelite handles are iconic. So when we saw how this Strand patt 743 and her barn doors cleaned up, we knew we had to roll out the good stuff. Now ready and retrofitted for domestic use.

It’s always a good day when the Strand stands come out. Previously installed in our local theatre, this 743 has been retrofitted with a 13amp power supply and domestic lamp.

This locally sourced Strand patt 743 (ex Sandown and Shanklin theatre) is all cleaned up and ready for its forever home fittings. How lucky it is to be going on a stunning original Strand stand with the iconic mid century bakelite handles.
