Come do some hemming with me 😃 part 1 😅

I managed 10 items, well 9 and 3 quarters, before my machine broke due to a jammed clip 🤦🏻‍♀️

I still have a few other items to hem, so I'm thinking what I can do whilst I wait for my coverstitch to be fixed 🤞

At the end, you'll see the exact moment it died on me 😭

As some of you may have seen from my story, my coverstitch broke yesterday (mid hemming 😖). However, the good news is that it has been sent away today to be fixed!! 🙌

BUT... yes, there's always a BUT 🙄 I won't get my machine back for another 2 weeks 😫

I am so sorry for any delay, and as a goodwill gesture, if your order arrives outside of the original TA (8-10 weeks), then you'll receive a surprise gift 🎁

I’m using this Spooky Creams print, and I’m obsessed with how cute it’s turning out already 👻🍦 The baggy fit comes together so quickly, but the waistband always takes me the longest 😂 Somehow sewing a tiny band onto giant baggy shorts feels like wrestling fabric every single time.

Worth it though, the finished pair always turns out so comfy and cute 🖤

A little update from me 💛

Things have been a bit quiet here while I took some unexpected extra recovery time, but I’m slowly getting back into work and normal routines again 💪

I'm missing my sewing machine!!

Whoever said a thigh lift was a walk in the park was lying 🙈 I had surgery on the 11th of April, and I can't heal quick enough!

I'm hoping to be more mobile in next week or 2 🙏

Hi everyone 👋

I just wanted to share a little update, my business will be temporarily closing while I travel to Turkey for surgery today! This is something I’ve been planning for a while, and I’m taking this time to focus on my recovery.

For anyone with current orders, please don’t worry, these will be completed as soon as I receive the fabric from the last pre-order, as I'm back from Turkey on Tuesday 🙃

I’m hoping to re-open at some point in May, I’ll keep you all updated with an exact date as soon as I can ✨

In the meantime, I’ll be organising a mini summer pre-order before I go! This will run until the end of April, and all orders will be ready and waiting for when I reopen in May ☀️
