This is a 100% vegan wallhanging. I was asked to make this as a birthday present using only vegan yarns. The yarns I’ve used are all cottons (the blue is recycled denim) and they were all so incredibly soft to work with! I love those earthy tones! @ Sheffield

Very excited and proud that one of my wall hangings is featured in the 2019 Spring Edit! When I first started weaving it was purely just a way to deal with my mental health issues at the time and now look at me eh? Very thankful to everyone who has bought some of my art or has just messaged me about it and to those who have been super supportive 🧡 This particular wall hanging has sold but there are more on my Etsy page (more should be appearing in the next few weeks) If there’s anything you’d like in particular or would like to commission something then just hmu! Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus! Gwneud y pethau bychain. // Happy St David’s Day! This weaving follows the map contours of Pen Y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales and part of the Brecon Beacons. The other peak on this map is Corn Du. Together, these two peaks used to be know as ‘Cadair Arthur’ or ‘Arthur’s Seat’. I’m lucky enough to come from this beautiful part of the world and also lucky that the natural landscape creates these beautiful patterns for me to play with. Just look at those curves!!
