Really struggling today and fed up
Body so weak but mind is racing
I feel trapped like a caged animal

Need to go rest and might not be about later as could sleep for a week.

That being said I want to say thank you to you all for your help and support this year. Yes it's been a unbelievable struggle and dark year but sometimes just a quick how are you or keep going makes more of a difference than you'll appreciate unless you've been in that place

Wishing you all a great time tonight whatever your plans fir celebration may be
