Had a great day in Normandy visiting a few sites. Arrived in Carentan for the weekend. Hopefully we'll bump into a few familiar faces.

WAR‑drobe had a fantastic weekend at The Ironbridge WWII Weekend.
The re‑enactors and traders put on a brilliant display as always, and the organisers did a fantastic job bringing the whole event together.
Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by the stall — it’s weekends like this that remind us why we love being part of the 1940s community.

The stall is setup and the atmosphere is already building across the site.

📣 WAR‑drobe at Spirit Of Wartime Sherwood WW2 Event – Thoresby Park

WAR-drobe are back at it again at Thoresby Park this weekend for the Spirit of Wartime Sherwood event.
The grounds are alive with 1940s atmosphere — Homefront displays, vintage vehicles, living history camps, music, and re‑enactments running throughout the day.

We’re set up on site with a full range of WWII‑inspired tees.
Whether you’re here for the battles, the flyovers, the traders’ village, or just a great day out surrounded by history, come find the WAR‑drobe stall and say hello.

It’s shaping up to be a brilliant weekend celebrating, remembering, and reliving the 1940s spirit.

We’re trading today and tomorrow at Yorkshire Air Museum for their We’ll Meet Again event.
The hangars are alive with 1940s spirit — re‑enactors, vehicles, aircraft, music, and a brilliant crowd already coming through the gates.

We’ve brought a full range of fresh prints, and new designs for the weekend.

On this VE Day, we honour them all.
Those who fought.
Those who worked.
Those who waited.
Those who never returned.

As we remember the end of the war in Europe, we also acknowledge that the fighting continued in the Far East until August — a reminder that victory came in stages, and at great cost.

Lest we forget.

It’s been a full‑on day in the workshop — fresh stock printed, new designs rolling off the press, and May already shaping up to be a busy one.
Next stop: Yorkshire Air Museum – We’ll Meet Again event this weekend.
We’re gearing up for two days surrounded by history, aircraft, and brilliant people who keep these stories alive.
