Dolly's had a makeover. She's been using her SPF properly, as everyone should, to maintain her porcelain complexion. She's sporting a new delicate, floral tattoo, a gorgeous vampy lipstick and statement eye liner. She's totally got it going on. She knows her own style and she's sticking to it.
